State Emergency Operation Centre (SEOC) is functioning at 2nd Floor(Room No. – 203), Nabanna, Howrah 24X7, 365 days to share and receive information about disaster throughout the State and taking necessary measures accordingly. Similar district level EOCs (DEOC) are opened at district head-quarters of each district. The SEOC keeps close liaison with DEOCs and vice versa throughout the year.
